I didn’t wake up one morning and decide to become a consultant.

It Started at the University of Arizona

At the University of Arizona, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

The Entrepreneurship program changed more than my résumé—it changed the way I think.

Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of helping organizations solve problems, navigate change, strengthen relationships, and move important work forward.

Every role has taught me something different.

That mindset has followed me throughout my career.

Whether I was helping nonprofits strengthen donor relationships, managing the operations of a CPA firm, implementing new technology, coordinating complex projects, building websites, or supporting local businesses, I found myself asking the same questions:

How can this work better?

How can we simplify the process?

How can we create a better experience for the people we serve?

Those questions have shaped every role I’ve held and continue to guide the way I work today.

Looking back, I realize my career hasn’t been a series of unrelated jobs. It’s been one continuous journey of helping organizations identify opportunities, improve systems, and move forward with confidence.
